Returns:  We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for items purchased within 14 days of the date you receive your order.  The item(s) must be unused and free of damage. All original packaging must be included. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as seeds, clay, rock soil, nutrients, alcohol etc. cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.



For refunds, the return value is determined by the purchased retail price of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.   All refunds will be credited to the original payment method less the shipping charges (original and return). Please note that your refund may not be reflected on your account for up to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. There is a 20% restocking fee on all products.  This will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Click Here to fill out a Return Material Authorization request form.  Once the form is received you will receive a RMA number and return label within 2-3 business days.

Please make sure to include your RMA number and original invoice in the return box. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.  You will received your refund once your return has been received and inspected in the warehouse.  You can track this in your account details. 

Items returned without an RMA number will be sent back and you will be charged a fee of $30.00.  

If your item is not received within 2 weeks of receiving the return label, it will be cancelled.
